We are looking for a passionate, self-driven and systems savvy Learning & Capability Advisor to join us on a permanent, full-time basis based in our Mascot office (with flexible working). The L&C Advisor plays a key role in building capability across Green by Nature, shaping learning systems, pathways and programs that help our people grow and perform at their best.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the L&C Advisor, you’ll build strong relationships with our Operations teams to gain a deep understanding of the learning needs across the business. You’ll use this knowledge to build our Learning Platform and to deliver effective learning solutions that enable Green by Nature to achieve its strategic goals.
You will report to the Head of Organisational Development and in your role you will:
- Configure, administer and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Build learning journeys, curricula, audiences, assignments, workflows and reporting
- Work with internal subject matter experts and external providers to develop fit-for-purpose digital learning content
- Educate employees and leaders to effectively use our learning systems and tools
- Support the development of frontline technical and leadership capability
- Develop and maintain skills matrices and other frameworks that provide visibility of workforce capability
- Coordinate and implement learning and capability programs across the business
- Facilitate engaging face-to-face and virtual learning sessions
- Work closely with L&D team members in Australia and New Zealand, helping foster an environment of collaboration
About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys turning ideas into action. You’re comfortable working across both systems and people initiatives, and can move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on implementation.
Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate:
- 5+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, HR or Organisational Development
- Qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related discipline
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
- Strong hands-on experience configuring and administering Learning Management Systems
- Experience developing learning pathways, skills frameworks, digital learning and capability solutions
- Experience implementing initiatives across a geographically dispersed organisation
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
