We are a friendly, values-driven home care provider supporting older Australians and people with disabilities to remain independent, connected and living safely in their own homes across Melbourne's eastern, north-eastern and south-eastern suburbs.
We're looking for qualified, reliable Support Workers to join our team.
Certificate III (or higher) Essential | EN & RN Nursing Students Encouraged to Apply
To be considered, you MUST:
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent as a minimum
- OR hold a Certificate IV in Disability
- OR be currently studying as an EN or RN
- Have your own reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
- Have morning availability (minimum 3 days per week)
- Be willing to travel between clients – paid travel between client visits
Applicants without a relevant qualification will not be considered.

Your role
You'll provide personalised support in clients' homes, including:
- Personal care
- Domestic assistance –
- Social support and companionship
- Transport to appointments and community activities
- Respite support for family carers
Additional requirements
You will need, or be willing to obtain:
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Reliable smartphone
- COVID-19 vaccinations (3)
Our service area
We support clients throughout Melbourne's eastern, north-eastern and south-eastern suburbs, including Ringwood, Mitcham, Doncaster, Bayswater, Boronia, Rowville, Glen Waverley, Nunawading, Lilydale, Healesville, Yarra Junction, Olinda and Heidelberg.
Your own vehicle and willingness to travel between clients are essential. Travel between client visits is paid.
