About us Ark Cafe is a busy local café in Wetherill Park. We take our coffee seriously, we look after our regulars, and we back our team.
The role We’re after an experienced front of house all-rounder who can pull consistently great coffee, run the floor with confidence, and keep standards high when it gets busy.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering warm, attentive customer service
- Coffee and beverage preparation on a busy machine
- Food prep and light kitchen duties
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the café
- Supporting the team wherever needed during service
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar front of house / barista role
- Excellent communication skills and a well-presented, professional manner
- A genuine positive attitude — the kind that holds up even on the hardest shifts
- Someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in the craft
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Hours & roster Full-time position on a 10-day fortnight roster. Availability across weekdays and weekends required.
What we offer
- $60,000 – $75,000 per year + superannuation, based on experience
