Ostra Care is seeking reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Sydney.
Responsibilities:
- Community access and social support
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Assistance with daily living tasks
- Supporting participants to achieve their goals
Requirements:
- Current Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous disability, aged care, or support work experience is desirable
