About the Role
Kwik Kopy Pakenham is opening a brand-new Centre, and we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Production Manager to run our print floor. You’ll oversee workflow, maintain top-tier quality, and ensure smooth production from pre-press through to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily print production schedules to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Manage digital print, wide format, finishing, and end-to-end workflow.
- Maintain strict quality control, including accurate colour management from file to print.
- Oversee stock levels of substrates, paper, inks, and finishing consumables.
- Coordinate with sales, finishing, packing, and courier teams.
- Provide technical support to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with production-level Digital Presses and Wide Format Printers.
- Solid pre-press skills: file imposition, RIP management, and Adobe Suite preferred.
- Expertise across finishing equipment (guillotine, laminating, binding, folding, etc.).
- Exceptional organization, time management, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
- A proactive problem-solver who maintains equipment and eliminates bottlenecks.
- Confident communicator who can step in and support sales when needed.
