We are seeking an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join our growing and boutique team in Box Hill.

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a residential rental portfolio of approximately 150+ properties, providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants while ensuring compliance with current legislation and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a residential rental portfolio
- Conducting ingoing & ougoing reports
- Managing maintenance requests and coordinating tradespeople
- Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy agreements
- Arrears management and tenancy issue resolution
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Preparing VCAT applications where required
- Trust accounting duties (experience preferred but training can be provided)
- Ensuring compliance with current Residential Tenancies legislation
Skills & Experience
- Previous Property Management experience essential
- Ability to independently manage a portfolio of 120+ properties
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Trust accounting experience highly regarded
- Agents Representative Certificate or Estate Agent qualification
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
