About My Guardian
My Guardian is a leading Aged and Disability Care service provider delivering compassionate, high quality, person centred care. As we continue to grow rapidly, we remain committed to empowering individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity.
We are growing massively! Because of an unprecedented demand for our high-quality, trusted services, we are rapidly expanding our allied health clinical team. As a result, we have recently introduced this role to ensure our clients continue to receive the dedicated, unhurried care they deserve. We are looking for passionate clinicians to step into these fresh roles and help shape the future of our community care.
The Role
These newly created positions give you the freedom to step out into the community, providing meaningful care to older Australians and NDIS participants directly in their homes.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Conducting comprehensive lower limb assessments and vascular/neurological screenings.
Managing chronic conditions, diabetic foot care, and high-risk feet.
Providing general treatment, skin/nail management, and pressure care education.
Collaborating with our expanding multidisciplinary team of Nurses, Physios, OTs, and Care Managers to deliver holistic care.
What We Are Looking For
A tertiary qualification in Podiatry and current AHPRA Registration.
Current Australian Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle.
A genuine passion for working within the aged care and disability sectors.
Strong interpersonal skills—the ability to listen deeply, show empathy, and build trust with vulnerable clients.
New graduates are highly encouraged to apply! With our expansion, we have introduced dedicated clinical onboarding and structured mentorship to support your transition into community health.
Full Australian working rights.
