We’re on the lookout for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager who leads from the front, builds strong teams, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

About the Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards, efficient team performance, and achievement of financial targets. This is a hands-on leadership role with autonomy and accountability for operational success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead and coordinate service periods, staffing, and floor operations
- Manage budgets including revenue, labour costs, and operational expenses
- Analyse performance, identify trends, and implement improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, pricing, and product offering
- Coordinate functions, events, and group bookings from planning through to execution
- Recruit, train, supervise, and develop front-of-house team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace health & safety standards
About You
You are an experienced hospitality professional who understands both the operational and commercial aspects of running a successful department. You take pride in leading teams, delivering consistent service, and achieving results.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, labour costs, and financial performance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and customer expectations
- Experience coordinating events, functions, or group bookings (highly regarded)
- Relevant hospitality qualification (Diploma level or higher) preferred
