The Regional Assessment Service (RAS) is part of Western Sydney Local Health District and delivers Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) assessments for older people seeking to remain living independently at home. Based at Westmead, you'll join a supportive and dedicated team committed to providing exceptional customer service while making a genuine difference in the lives of older members of our community.

What you’ll be doing
As the Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Regional Assessment Service by coordinating administrative processes that support timely client assessments and quality service delivery. Your organisation, attention to detail and customer-focused approach will help older people access the care and support they need.
In this role you will be required to:
Coordinate assessment administration, including client records, scheduling and preparation of assessment documentation.
Maintain accurate information within My Aged Care systems and ensure documentation is completed within required timeframes.
Provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to clients, assessors and key stakeholders.
Assist with service coordination, scheduling and operational support to meet changing service demands.
Ensure compliance with Commonwealth guidelines, policies and quality standards while contributing to efficient service delivery.
