About Us: Heaven 7 Cafe is an established and vibrant cafe brand, currently operating a successful location at Flinders Street. We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new flagship store in Toorak this month! As we expand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Cafe Supervisor to lead our team and help us set the standard for excellence in our new Toorak location.
The Role: We are looking for a reliable and high-energy Supervisor to join our team for an immediate start. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily floor operations, ensuring our high quality of service, and supporting our team to deliver the best cafe experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading shifts and coordinating team members during busy service periods.
- Ensuring consistent quality in coffee preparation and food presentation.
- Maintaining operational standards (opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and stock display).
- Providing hands-on support to staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assisting the Operations Manager in maintaining a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced cafe environment (Essential).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for coffee and high-quality food.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume setting.
- Available for an immediate start.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
