Key Requirements:
At the core, you will be trained to provide a seamless journey for the customer from Lodgment to Settlement. You are a dedicated, driven, and autonomous worker to provide admin support.
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
- Calling Lenders/Aggregator to follow up on existing applications
