Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
Casual Rate: $40.42 to $47.14 p.h. (AO2)
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
Requirements:
Applied customer service experience relevant to the public health setting including demonstration of patience, understanding, confidentiality, and a positive, approachable, and helpful attitude.
High level written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external customers and stakeholders at various levels.
Highly accurate utilisation of corporate/patient information systems and databases including Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Ability to follow workplace instructions and organisational standards to meet defined outcomes that contributes to organisational goals.
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
