Tripod Services Pty Ltd is one of Australia’s largest salad and lettuce producers with farms in Western Melbourne, Gippsland and the Sunraysia region. Tripod Services Pty Ltd is seeking a full time qualified Machinery Supervisor.
The salary offered is $79,499 per annum plus superannuation.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
· Perform machinery maintenance
· Operate machinery and equipment
· Supervises and coordinates employees who operate machines
· Prepares work schedules, assigns work and oversees the work
· Ensures machine operation is done correctly
· Monitors and evaluates production records and reports
The applicants will have the following skills and experience:
· At least a relevant AQF Diploma or equivalent, alternatively, relevant 3 years of work experience may substitute the formal qualifications
· Previous work experience as a Farm Mechanic or Farm Equipment Maintenance Supervisor in within Agriculture/Horticulture is highly desirable
· Excellent communication skills
· Knowledge and experience of agricultural production principles
· Possess advanced knowledge and experience in farming machinery maintenance,
