We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated receptionist to join our friendly team.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phones
- Billing
- Maintaining records
- Opening and closing of the practice
- Communicating with referring doctors, hospital staff and allied health services
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Therefore, this role requires great customer service skills and fluency in English. The successful applicant will also demonstrate high attention to detail, a clean and tidy appearance and an ability to adapt and work well under pressure.
Previous experience in medical reception/admin and/or customer service preferred. However, training will be provided.
