As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and help more Victorian homeowners improve the comfort and efficiency of their homes.
About the Role
This is a field-based and office-based sales role.
You will be responsible for helping homeowners understand their insulation and energy efficiency options and guiding them through the quotation process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Inspections & Quoting
- Conduct residential home inspections
- Assess existing insulation
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present quotations
- Explain available products and services
Lead Management
- Follow up existing quotations
- Contact previous enquiries
- Re-engage old leads
- Manage inbound enquiries
- Assist with overflow phone calls
Business Development
- Cold calling previous customers and prospects
- Building referral opportunities
- Creating repeat business opportunities
- Maintaining relationships with builders, real estate agents and property managers
Administration
- Updating CRM records
- Maintaining accurate customer notes
- Managing follow-up schedules
- Ensuring correct data capture for the installation teams
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Enjoy meeting and talking with people
- Be confident in face-to-face sales
- Be comfortable making outbound calls
- Have strong communication skills
- Be self-motivated
- Be organised and reliable
- Have a current Victorian driver's licence
Previous experience in:
- Sales
- Real Estate
- Trades
- Building Industry
- Customer Service
- Energy Efficiency
will be highly regarded.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
