We are looking for an IT Support Desk Analyst based in our Brisbane office who would like to be part of our IT journey, ensuring we are resourced well and continue to effect change over the everyday working lives of over 700+ National Storage team members, 300+ centres and 100,000+ customers, as we rapidly expand.

About the Role:
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the National Storage Group covering the areas of networking, security, user applications, maintenance and support of laptops, printer, mobile and computer hardware, core CRM solutions and other IT functions.
The role primarily will be providing support on a full time basis, Monday to Friday within standard business hours, with the opportunity to work 1 day from home.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to Service Desk tickets within our SLA timeframes, ensuring all tickets are followed up or escalated until completed.

Remedy hardware, software and network issues and assist with various software and hardware projects across the business.

Assist with AD User Accounts, Azure, Microsoft 365, CRM Systems, Networking, Security, IT Asset Management, MDM solutions and much more.

Support with the preparation for new site locations - this includes telco account migrations, ordering new WAN/Telephony services and CRM configurations.

Develop and maintain effective and productive relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders.
About You:

Your CV lists like for like experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 support role

Technology is a passion of yours and you are Advanced or above with Office products such as Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook and have solid experience working with Microsoft Operating Systems (10, 11).

iOS experience a bonus

Experience with any of the following technologies also advantageous: AV Systems, MDM suites, Remote Access tools, Zendesk, VPN’s, SharePoint and Active Directory.

You are a proactive task master, working on multiple support items and technology projects whilst achieving all deadlines

You thrive with a team, across Brisbane and Auckland New Zealand, and excel working on your own as well
