In this role, you'll:
Design and deliver expert technical solutions for Modern Workplace Services, ensuring that end-user technology is secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture. You will optimise platforms for performance and availability while contributing to strategic planning and modernisation initiatives that enhance overall user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions, while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
You will support incident resolution, lead continuous improvement efforts, and maintain clear technical documentation to support effective service delivery.
Navigate complex challenges such as balancing innovation with compliance, managing diverse stakeholder expectations, and integrating new technologies into existing environments. You will build strong relationships across teams and external partners, provide expert advice, and play a key role in driving strategic outcomes and service improvements.

About you
You operate with a high level of autonomy, exercising sound judgment in applying policies and delivering trusted, high-quality advice. You will take ownership of decisions that impact team outcomes, resolve day-to-day challenges, and collaborate with leadership on complex matters affecting timelines, cost, scope, and quality.
You leverage deep expertise in Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, to design and implement enterprise-scale solutions. You will engage stakeholders effectively, apply ITIL and service management practices, and support the delivery of scalable, efficient, and business-aligned technology services.
You demonstrate strong capability across communication, collaboration, delivery, and problem-solving—translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, driving results, and leading through challenges. You will champion innovation, manage risk, and apply structured project management approaches while building relationships and contributing to continuous improvement across the organisation.
