About the Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading all site-based activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Working closely with Project Managers and project teams, you will coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant and materials while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
This role offers exposure to a variety of projects across South Australia, with regional travel opportunities from time to time. LAFHA and applicable allowances will be provided where required.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS requirements
- Coordinate labour, plant, equipment and materials to achieve project milestones
- Work closely with Project Managers to manage RFIs, variations, delays and EOTs
- Prepare and deliver weekly site and project progress reports
- Monitor quality, productivity and project performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial building construction
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and project delivery
- Ability to read, interpret and communicate construction plans and documentation
- Experience preparing and reviewing JSAs, SWMS and risk assessments
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Construction White Card and current Driver's Licence
- Senior First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to obtain Defence Clearance, DCSI and National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing

- Experience working within live operational environments
- Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Procore, Pronto or similar project management systems
- Strong client-focused mindset and commitment to quality delivery
