About the role:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Mobilisation Coordinator to join our People Team and play a critical role in deploying our workforce across multiple sites and locations. Reporting to the Talent and Mobilisation Lead, you will be the operational backbone of our mobilisation function, ensuring employees are mobilised safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for employees mobilising to remote and multi-site locations
- Prepare and maintain mobilisation documentation, including itineraries, site contacts, and compliance records
- Schedule and track site inductions, training, medical assessments, and certification requirements
- Manage mobilisation enquiries and resolve travel, scheduling, and logistical issues
- Support workforce administration, visa coordination, and mobilisation activities across the business
- Provide support to the broader mobilisation and talent team as required
Key requirements:
- Experience in mobilisation, workforce coordination, logistics, or a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience coordinating travel and accommodation across various locations
