POSITION SUMMARY:
Aussie Life Care is seeking a passionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in Community Participation. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently. To be successful in this role, it is a requirement that you have
- Cert 3
- Handling challenging behaviour
- Dysphagia
- Stoma
- Complex bowel management
- Wound management
- VPAP
- Experience with MACE
- Staff to do sleepover shifts

Sleepovers required:
6pm-10pm – active
10pm-6am – non-active
6am-10am - active
