Plumbing Foreman – Commercial | Perth CBD & Surrounds
$60 – $65ph + Company Vehicle + Laptop
The Company
Established commercial plumbing contractor with a strong project pipeline across central Perth.
The Role
Hands-on Foreman position owning day-to-day site operations across commercial plumbing projects, both below and above ground works.

Your Responsibilities
- Daily management of work fronts, team, plant & equipment
- Coordinate with other trades and the builder
- Material ordering (major items handled by the PM)
- Run monthly toolbox meetings & maintain site safety
- Attend site meetings with the builder
- Mentor team members and apprentices
- Approve weekly timesheets
- Manage QA documentation — photos, as-cons, testing
- Identify and report variations to scope
About You
- Licensed Plumber with Foreman or leading-hand experience
- Strong commercial background — below & above ground
- Good communicator with builders, trades & crew
- Organised with an eye for quality & documentation
