Role Purpose:
The Activation Executive ensures best-in-class implementation of Starcom biddable media (programmatic, social, search, ecommerce) campaigns. The Activation Executive will work closely with the Activation Manager to actively manage client campaigns and communications, as well as assisting the Activation Manager with client presentations & recommendations, quarterly business reviews & brief recommendations for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Product – Campaign Implementation

Support the Activation Manager in delivery of campaigns in platforms, ensuring we meet or surpass targets and deliver best in class implementation of performance media campaigns.

Take day-to-day ownership of campaign pacing, optimisations, and health checks, escalating issues as needed

Contribute to planning by providing data and recommendations for biddable activity and tactics.

Source and analyse data for broader planning with the client team.

Support manager in implementing extensive QA process inc correct implementation of fees and client margins into buying platforms.

Ensure budget delivery accuracy and financial hygiene across campaign.
-
Ensure 3rd party verification is in place across all relevant platforms to ensure brand safety, viewability and compliance.

Assist in developing insights and reports that align with business outcomes.

Proactively analyse campaign data to identify trends and draft first-round insights and optimisation recommendations.

Support Activation Managers and Directors to ensure effective delivery of client goals.

Support Activation Manager in delivering global requirements including data quality and taxonomy requirements.

Skills & Competencies:
-
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of display, social, mobile, video, and search platforms.

Proficiency with search and programmatic bid management tools (e.g., DV360, SA360, TheTradeDesk, Amazon).

Knowledge of Adserving, campaign management, and other industry platforms.
-
Proven ability to exceed campaign objectives.
-
2+ years’ experience across at least two channels (search, programmatic, social).

Experience with performance technology platforms.
-
Experience with dashboarding, data visulisation and the ability to turn data into insights.
