Achieve Something Great
Be part of a supportive, collaborative, and passionate team delivering the Live Life Well at School program across South Western Sydney, where your work will directly contribute to healthier futures for children and families. In this role, you will plan, implement, and evaluate innovative healthy eating and active living initiatives that make a real difference in schools and communities. By building strong partnerships with schools, community organisations, health services, and key stakeholders, you will help deliver engaging, evidence-based programs that empower children and young people to develop lifelong healthy behaviours, increase participation in physical activity, and improve overall wellbeing outcomes.

This opportunity suits a motivated individual who is driven to make a meaningful impact and thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.
