Front of House Staff – Japanese Restaurant (Norwood)
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front of House team member to join our well-established Japanese restaurant located in Norwood.
This position is ideal for someone looking for a stable, long-term role in hospitality and who takes pride in delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing attentive and friendly table service
- Managing a section of up to 8 tables efficiently
- Carrying and serving multiple plates safely
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Working closely with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a front-of-house hospitality role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant is highly regarded
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Available to work evenings and weekends
Hours & Employment:
- Approximately 10–15 hours per week initially
