We are looking for a passionate Casual Assistant Educator / Early Childhood Educator to join a supportive Early Learning Centre in Tempe, NSW.
This is a casual childcare opportunity for a Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Educator who enjoys working with children, supporting their learning and development, and being part of a positive and collaborative early childhood team.

About the Role
As a Casual Assistant Educator, you will work alongside Room Leaders and other educators to provide high-quality education and care for children.
You will:
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Assist with daily early childhood education programs
- Create safe, nurturing and engaging learning environments
- Support daily routines, activities and learning experiences
- Assist with observations and educational documentation
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with Room Leaders and Early Childhood Educators
- Follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Maintain an understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
About You
We are looking for a Casual Educator / Assistant Educator who is:
- Certificate III or Diploma-qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Passionate about children, early learning and child development
- Reliable, flexible and available for casual shifts
- Positive, trustworthy and dedicated
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Familiar with the EYLF, NQF and NQS
- Eager to learn and contribute to a supportive childcare team
