Male/ Female Disability Support Worker Needed – NDIS- Support Worker Needed – Inala Area and Forest Lake
Bharosa Community Services is seeking reliable and experienced support workers to support a female NDIS participant with a neurological/physical disability and cognitive disability.
Supports will include:
- Personal care and assistance with showering
- Meal preparation
- Cleaning and laundry
- Daily living support
- Community access and appointments
The participant is looking for approximately 8 hours of support per day, potentially split between morning and afternoon shifts, on several days each week.
We are looking to build a small, consistent support team and would ideally like both male and female support workers.
Experience supporting participants with physical or neurological disabilities is highly regarded.

About You
We are looking for support workers who are:
- Experienced in Australia supporting NDIS participants, including personal care and high-care needs
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Able to work independently and follow individual support plans
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Availability for weekday and weekend shifts
