This role involves working with clubs, teams, schools and associations to help design their apparel as well as coordinate orders. This isn't a cold-calling role.
This role works heavily with CorelDRAW graphic design software; no prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. This position is open to candidates at all levels of experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:
- Greet customers at reception
- Organise pickup orders
- Receive phone calls
Manage Client Relations:
- Maintain great relationships with clients
- Service clients needs promptly
Computer Skills/Graphics:
- Use computer to send emails
- Use computer to organise files
- Learn graphic design on CorelDraw - full training provided, no experience required
General:
- Contribute to friendly team environment
- Develop great working relationships with peers
- Communicate with supervisor daily regarding progress and status of orders
- Communicate with logistics manager in head office
The ideal candidate will have:
- Basic level computer experience (graphic experience not required)
- Confidence to receive and make phone calls
- Confidence in face-to-face customer service
- Attention to detail and pride in work
- Neat and tidy workspace
- Driver’s licence
- An interest in sports and sports desig
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
