About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing and property/construction who can drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Manage and optimise online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram)
Maintain and update website content with a focus on SEO and lead generation
Create engaging content including social media posts, blogs, and project showcases
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports
Conduct market research and analyse competitor activity
Coordinate marketing events, display home promotions, and partnerships
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and customer engagement
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
Experience with social media management and content creation
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in real estate, construction, or property industry (preferred)
