Navwealth is a leading Integrated Financial advice organization. We are a team of specialist accounting, Bookkeeping, lending and financial planning advisers. As we expand our network, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
About the role:
This role is responsible for identifying market opportunities and advising on the development, coordination, and implementation of marketing plans to effectively price, promote, and position the organization’s service offerings. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the role supports business growth through targeted campaigns, client engagement initiatives, and consistent brand delivery across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Create and manage marketing collateral (presentations, eDMs, social media, website content)
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, web, events, webinars)
- Analyse client data, campaign performance, and market trends to inform strategy
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies on digital campaigns and content delivery
- Recommend and optimise digital strategies (SEO, content, engagement, analytics)
- Support business growth initiatives aligned with marketing objectives and firm strategy
- Coordinate industry award submissions and professional recognition opportunities
- Plan and deliver webinars and client engagement initiatives
- Develop integrated communication strategies for campaigns and key announcements
- Segment client data to drive targeted and personalised marketing activities
- Maintain and update website content and brand consistency
- Plan and execute events, including marketing, logistics, vendors, and budget tracking
- Monitor campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Prepare internal presentations and marketing materials for workshops and meetings
- Maintain CRM data integrity and support marketing-related system updates
- Provide basic IT and AV support for marketing activities and events
- Support internal cybersecurity training coordination
- Assist with reception and client-facing support when required
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates
Skills and Personal attributes:
- You have minimum 3 years of experience working in similar role
- You must have excellent written and verbal communication
- You will be happy to be hands-on with a “can-do” attitude
- You will be highly motivated and committed to getting the job done
- You will have the ability to communicate across the business, its clients, and to thrive in a hands-on environment.
