Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at a fast-paced medical/commercial site in Joondalup. This is a full-time leadership role responsible for coordinating staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Salary
- $65,000 – $70,000 AUD per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across all shifts
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance
- Oversee bio cleaning procedures and infection control standards
- Allocate staff and manage coverage for absences or workload changes
- Conduct quality checks and site inspections
- Liaise with site management/medical staff as required
- Provide on-the-job guidance and training to cleaning staff
- Maintain records, checklists, and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role (essential)
- Experience in medical, clinical, or fast-paced environments (highly regarded)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage rosters and respond to operational demands
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and bio-clean procedures preferred
- Reliable, organised, and detail-focused
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
