Role Description
We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to support the company with various administrative tasks and help coordinate our office relocation in Melbourne CBD. You will help to ensure the day-to-day office tasks are running smooth and effectively.
There is also a requirement to travel to our Melbourne Airport office 1-2 days per week, for a short duration of 5 weeks.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Front of house reception duties such as attending to external visitors, staff, clients and visitors in a helpful, courteous, timely and professional manner.
- Take pride in maintaining the office to be functioning, clean, tidy and well-organised.
- Manage staff travel and accommodation bookings including the coordination of ‘back-of-house’ payments and processes (eg. company travel credit cards).
- Inductions of new staff regarding administrative systems and OH&S procedures.
- Coordinate stationery orders, office supplies, and equipment purchases.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance requests.
- Provide advice and support to staff regarding IT matters including assistance with the MS Office suite, SharePoint, connectivity, printers and the company IT network.
- Set-up meeting rooms and ensure refreshments and catering needs have been met.
- Assist with the office relocation and stocktake of equipment.
Candidate Profile
Due to the diversity in this role, we are seeking applicants who bring a ‘no task too big or small’ attitude. You will work closely with the Management team whilst ensuring confident communication, a passion for organisation and a keen eye for detail.
Ideally you will have proven experience in previously supporting a corporate business with Office Coordination duties.
