About the Role
As a Cafe & Rooftop Bar Team Member, you’ll provide premium food and beverage service across our café and Wellness Rooftop while delivering warm, genuine and memorable interactions with every member and guest.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll help maintain the high presentation, quality and service standards that TotalFusion Platinum is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, beverages, cocktails and fresh food to a consistently high standard.
- Create welcoming and engaging experiences for members and guests.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation and presentation across all food and beverage areas.
- Assist with stock control, replenishment and notifying leaders of inventory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage and Operations teams to ensure seamless daily service.
- Follow food safety, RSA and workplace health and safety requirements at all times.
- Assist with special events, activations and member experiences held throughout the precinct.
About You
You’ll be someone who loves delivering exceptional service and takes pride in creating positive experiences for every guest.
You’ll also bring:
- Previous experience in hospitality, café, restaurant or bar service.
- Barista experience (highly regarded).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for customer service and premium hospitality.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Confidence working both independently and within a team.
- Availability to work a rotating roster including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Essential Requirements
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Current Food Safety Certificate
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
