As an Administration Officer, you will provide an efficient reception service for patients and clients presenting to the department while delivering courteous customer service and high-quality clerical support to the clinical team, patients, relatives and visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing medical records, maintaining the computerised appointment booking system, data entry, online Medicare billing, reception duties and general administrative support. You will also communicate key operational issues to supervisors and liaise with a broad range of stakeholders across Nepean Hospital and Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District to support continuity of patient care.
