What You Can Expect
No two days are the same. As a Casual Educator, you'll work alongside experienced teams across multiple centres, building relationships with children, families and colleagues while gaining exposure to a range of learning environments.
You'll play an important role in creating positive experiences for children by supporting engaging learning programs and helping each centre deliver exceptional care.
In This Role, You Will
- Contribute to nurturing, safe and engaging learning environments.
- Support educators in delivering meaningful play-based experiences.
- Build positive connections with children and their families.
- Assist with everyday routines, including meals, rest times and transitions.
- Step into different classrooms and centres with confidence and professionalism.

About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in different environments, and brings enthusiasm to every shift.
To be successful, you'll have:
- A Certificate III, Diploma, or be currently studying an approved Early Childhood Education qualification.
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC), or the ability to obtain one.
- Completed Child Safe Training through Geccko.
- Excellent communication skills, reliability and a proactive approach.
- The flexibility to travel between our South Coogee, Maroubra East and Maroubra West centres as required.
