400 Gradi Eastland is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team!
We are looking for a confident and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our busy, vibrant team at our Eastland location.
This role is a part-time position for an experienced hospitality professional who is ready to step into a hands-on leadership role, support a strong front-of-house team, and help deliver the high standard of service 400 Gradi is known for.
Located within Eastland Shopping Centre, our venue is based in a popular dining precinct with easy access to public transport and parking.
Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory hospitality role within a busy restaurant or hotel
- RSA certification
- Food Handling Certificate
- Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions
- Availability across Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Immediate start
Salary: Restaurant Industry Award – Level 4 - Part-time award rates apply

What you’ll do
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Venue Manager and wider leadership team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
This is a hands-on role where you will help lead the front-of-house team during service, maintain strong service standards, support training, assist with customer experience, and help ensure each shift runs smoothly and professionally.
You will be someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines and cocktails is favourable, but not essential.
