The Role
Three Blue Ducks Bellingen is looking for casual Floor Staff to join our front-of-house team. Bar experience would be great, however we’re also happy to train someone with strong floor experience and a positive attitude.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in hospitality, thrives in a busy environment, and brings warm, genuine service to every shift. This role offers flexibility and balanced hours.
Current trade: Thursday dinner, Friday-Sunday lunch & dinner, Monday dinner.
What you’ll be doing
Delivering warm, professional customer service
Supporting smooth daily restaurant operations
Running food and drinks and maintaining venue presentation
Working collaboratively with the FOH and kitchen teams
Assisting with bar service where required
What we’re looking for
Previous floor experience in hospitality preferred
Bar experience a bonus, but not essential
Weekend and weeknight availability
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
RSA certified (or willing to obtain)
