About the Role
As we grow our presence in Australia, we are looking for a Senior Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our Sydney boutique and bring our story to life for our clients.

What you’ll do
✨ Deliver an exceptional, high-touch client experience aligned with the Niessing philosophy
✨ Build meaningful client relationships and cultivate long-term loyalty
✨ Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge, and personalised consultations
✨ Collaborate closely with the team to achieve boutique targets
✨ Support boutique operations, merchandising, and brand presentation
What we’re looking for
✔ Passion for jewellery, design, or luxury retail
✔ Strong sales mindset with a drive to achieve results
✔ A team player with positive energy and collaborative spirit
✔ Willingness to learn and grow in a craftsmanship-driven environment
✔ Excellent communication and client engagement skills
✔ Prior experience in jewellery, fashion, or premium retail will be add more advantage
