We're looking for an organised and confident Administration Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. This role offers flexible hours, with the majority of work completed remotely from home. From time to time, you'll be required to attend our Joondalup office for meetings, training, or other administrative tasks.
The role is focused on providing administrative support across the business, coordinating bookings, and communicating with stakeholders by phone and email. You'll be responsible for coordinating bookings, responding to enquiries by phone and email, preparing and reviewing written correspondence, and ensuring information is communicated accurately and professionally. You'll also prepare and maintain business documentation while providing general administrative support across the organisation.
In addition to general administration, you'll occasionally assist with social media management, create simple promotional graphics, and complete other online administrative tasks as required.
This position would suit someone who enjoys working independently, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and is able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Confident communicating with people by phone and email
- Excellent written English with strong spelling and grammar
- Friendly, professional, and confident telephone manner
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
Desirable:
- Experience using Canva or similar graphic design software
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Experience coordinating bookings or appointments
Pay: From $34.00 per hour
