Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients
- Monitor and assess complex patient conditions
- Operate and manage advanced life support equipment
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Adhere to hospital policies and best practice standards
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse)
- Minimum 2 years’ ICU experience
- Recent acute care exposure in an Australian hospital (preferred)
- Current ALS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Full working rights in Australia
Desirable
- Experience with ventilated and high-dependency patients
- Availability for rotating shifts (AM/PM/Night)
- Adaptability to new clinical environments
