Abelia Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance PTY LTD are seeking an experienced garden and property maintenance person to join our team based at our new premsies in Sunshine North.
The role will provide the opportunity to progress to Full Time after a probationary period.
The hours per week will be approximately 38 hours, depending on the needs of our clients.

The Role:
- Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
- Experience using ride on and zero turn lawn mowers preferable but not necessary.
- Weeding, trimming, mowing, edging, pruning hedges and shrubs.
- Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other duties.
- Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth.
About you: The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, well presented, achieve high levels of safety, quality of work and have a genuine passion for excellent customer service. Take responsibility for driving work vehicle to attend multiple daily jobs; adherence to standards and procedures.
· Ability to work independently and in a team
· Strong communication skills with Team and Clients
· Ability to tow a trailer
· Experience using power tools / operating machinery
· Well-developed time management and organisational skills
· General handyman tasks as required
Qualifications:
· Manual drivers licence (Preferred)
· Valid Police Check (within 12 months)
