Inspire. Lead. Grow. – Join the Y Kinders team!
At Y Kinders, we believe every child has the right to access a quality early childhood education and care service that celebrates their individuality, community, and curiosity. Each of our services across Victoria reflects the unique community it belongs to — fostering a strong sense of belonging, connection, and identity.
As part of Victoria’s largest Early Years Management provider, we’re proud to support over 93 services and 700+ educators across the state who inspire, nurture, and empower young learners every day.
We’re now seeking a Part Time Diploma-qualified Educator — or someone who’s currently working toward their qualification — to join our passionate team and make a real difference in children’s lives.
Where you’ll work
At the Exceeding-rated Havilah Road Preschool, our close-knit team provides a warm, community-focused program that reflects the values of our local families. An example of this is the provision of a language program that engages children in learning the Karen language and developing an understanding of a local cultural group. This role would suit a Diploma Educator who enjoys building strong relationships within the local community and bringing creativity and connection to a small team environment.
