The Education and Communication Officer plays a dynamic role in shaping how the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and Office of Drug Control (ODC) connect with their key audiences.
In this position, you will design and deliver engaging communication and education initiatives that support consumers, health professionals and industry to better understand and navigate Australia’s regulatory environment. You will contribute to impactful learning experiences through TGA Learn, supporting industry engagement across a diverse range of formats—including self-paced digital courses, live online sessions, in-person events, and strategic education partnerships.
Working at the intersection of education, communication and stakeholder engagement, this role offers the opportunity to influence how critical regulatory information is understood and applied, helping to build capability, trust and compliance across the sector.
