Join a leading Australian building materials manufacturer as an experienced Front End Loader Operator in Middle Swan. Working 12-hour day shifts on a 7-shift-per-fortnight roster, you’ll play a key role in supplying raw materials to the Clay Shed while enjoying stable, ongoing employment, every second weekend off, and genuine long-term career opportunities.
Your duties will include:
- Operate front-end loaders to supply clay to production hoppers.
- Push up, stockpile and blend raw clay materials.
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks.
- Monitor material quality and maintain consistent production flow.
- Assist with housekeeping and basic plant maintenance activities.
- Follow site safety procedures and safe operating practices at all times.
What You’ll Need
- Previous front-end loader operating experience.
- Current Loader ticket/competencies.
- Current WA Driver’s Licence and reliable transport.
- Full Australian working rights and currently residing in Perth.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including ongoing drug and alcohol screening.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability and teamwork.
- Ability to provide two recent supervisor references.
