At Xen Clean & Home Co, we provide premium residential and Airbnb cleaning services with a strong focus on detail, presentation, and client experience. We are looking for reliable, motivated cleaners who take pride in their work and genuinely care about creating beautiful, calm spaces for clients.
This role includes a mix of:
- Residential home cleaning
- Airbnb turnover cleans
- Occasional deep cleaning and linen service tasks

Requirements
- ABN preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred but not essential)
- Proof of permanent working rights
- Police check (or willing to obtain)
- Cleaning equipment and supplies preferred
- Previous cleaning or hospitality experience highly regarded
About the Role
- Flexible / part time hours for casual/subcontractor position
- Well-paid above industry standard rates
- Clients allocated within a reasonable radius where possible
- Consistent ongoing work available for the right candidates
- Training and systems provided
- Residential cleans include rotational deep cleaning checklists
- Airbnb cleans require efficiency, presentation focus, and occasional same-day turnovers

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
