About the Role:
Behold Care Services is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our growing team in Banksia Grove, WA. This is a casual role with shifts available Monday to Sunday across the northern suburbs, including Banksia Grove, Morley, and surrounding areas.
The role involves providing person-centred support to clients within the community, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.
- Assist clients with daily living activities.
- Support community participation and engagement.
- Build positive and respectful relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in the disability sector.
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Police Clearance.
- Full Australian working rights (students welcome to apply).
- Availability for community-based shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
Pay: $31.00 – $35.00 per hour
