About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Barista who can consistently produce high-quality coffee while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires someone confident in handling busy periods, taking accurate orders, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.
2-3 days a week part time/ casual

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks
- Dial in grinders and maintain coffee consistency throughout the day
- Take customer orders accurately (POS system experience preferred)
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee machine, bar area, and seating areas
- Refill stock and manage basic inventory
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Work efficiently during peak periods
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 year barista experience preferred
- Confident in latte art
- Strong understanding of coffee extraction and milk texturing
- Fast, organised, and able to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Experience in hospitality or customer service
