The Opportunity:
SPC Kuisine are currently seeking a Warehouse Lead (Forklift Driver) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and safe movement of materials within the factory. This position is for a driver on day shift with shift times being 8am - 4pm.
The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to:

Required to operate in a frozen storage environment intermittently throughout each shift

Supply the packing department with supplies and pallets.

Successfully use RF Scanning in warehouse environment
-
Ensure adherence to good Work Health & Safety practises. Safety is our priority.

Unload, put-away and replenishment of raw material and packaging
-
Pick and supply the factory and packing area with supplies and pallets.

Oversee and schedule daily tasks for store forklift operators
-
Adhere to Food Safety standards on site (SSQF, HACCP, FSANZ)

Perform and oversee cycle counts/stock takes
-
WMS system management and reporting
-
Ensure weekly pallet count is completed
-
Ensure receivals process is adhered to daily
-
Monitor and manage batch/best before dates, operating on a FEFO basis

Manage external 3PL relationship and stock accuracy
The successful candidate will have:
-
2+ years’ workplace experience in forklift operations
- Current forklift Licence
-
Previous RF scanning experience
-
Experience in high reach and drive in racking.
