About the role
This is a true dual-role position, offering the opportunity to build your skills across two key hotel departments.
As a Front Office Representative, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, creating exceptional first impressions, assisting guests with check-in and check-out, responding to enquiries, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless stay.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will deliver exceptional service across our restaurant, bar, room service and conference and events operations. You'll serve food and beverages with professionalism while creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Working across both departments means no two days are the same. You'll develop a broad range of hospitality skills, work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to delivering five-star service across the hotel.
You will play an essential role in creating memorable first and lasting impressions for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service at every interaction.
Deliver efficient and professional check-in and check-out experiences.
Respond to guest enquiries and coordinate guest requests with relevant departments.
Serve food and beverages in the restaurant, bar, room service and conference and events areas.
Prepare and reset restaurant and function spaces to the highest standard.
Process guest payments accurately and in accordance with hotel procedures.
Promote hotel facilities, dining experiences and special offers.
Maintain accurate guest information and reservations where required.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and professionalism.
Work collaboratively with Front Office, Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Comply with all hotel policies, food safety requirements and workplace health and safety procedures..
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, Front Office or Food & Beverage (preferred).
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, energetic and professional attitude.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work across multiple departments and varying shift times.
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Experience using Opera PMS is advantageous.
Full Australian working rights.
