A fast-growing contents handling business across packing, moving & storage, working with insurance builders and restoration providers is hiring a Senior Account Manager to join their Sydney team.
This is a client-facing, high-energy role where you’ll manage a warm portfolio, keep urgent jobs moving, and build strong long-term relationships.
What’s on offer
- $120k–$140k + Super + bonus
- Based in central Sydney + free street parking
- After you’re settled: WFH up to 2 days/week
- Company vehicle available from the office when visiting sites as required

Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 10–15 active clients as the main day-to-day contact
- Oversee and coordinate end-to-end service delivery across a high-volume workload (approx. 150 moves/month)
- Understand the process of what and when the removal and storage services are required.
- Build strong relationships with restoration and insurance-building clients and keep service levels high
- Stay reactive and solutions-focused in a fast-changing environment (often next-day / 48-hour turnarounds)
- Handle issues/escalations professionally and keep clients updated through to resolution
- Attend site as required
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts / generate repeat business (Business Development experience helpful but not essential)
About you
- Strong background in account/relationship management
- Ideally a background in building insurance or restoration
- Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot when plans change
- Highly organised with excellent follow-up
- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles
