This is a great opportunity for anyone studying Commercial Cookery or looking to gain more hands-on experience in a professional kitchen with opportunities for career progression.What you'll be doing:
- Preparing fresh vegetables and ingredients
- Assisting the chefs with food preparation and service
- Garnishing dishes
- Keeping food preparation areas clean and organised
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and workstations
- Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Receiving and storing deliveries from suppliers
What we're looking for:
- Basic kitchen experience
- Basic knife skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and a good team player
- Available to work at least one weekend shift each week
Position Details

- $32.18/hr weekdays
- $38.61/hr weekends
- +12% Superannuation (20+ years old)
- 15–30+ hours per week
- Evening shifts: 4:30pm/5:00pm – 9:30pm
- TFN required
